Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Rehabilitation Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of therapy services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, across the continuum of care. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, regulatory compliance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective therapy programs to meet the needs of patients and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations, guidelines, and standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of therapists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve coordinated and efficient care.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
  • Current California Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy license.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy or occupational therapy.
  • 1-2 years of progressive management experience in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
