Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Sebastopol, CA. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations by coordinating client appointments, managing medication distribution, overseeing office administration, and assisting with compliance reviews.
Responsibilities:
Appointment Coordination:
- Schedule and manage medical, dental, vision, psychiatric, and personal service appointments for all clients, including specialized care.
Medication Management:
- Oversee the distribution, dispensing, and documentation of all medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Office Administration:
- Handle main office administrative tasks, including maintaining records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines, and fostering clear communication between office administration and facilities.
Compliance Support:
- Assist the Deputy and Clinical Directors with compliance reviews, specifically focusing on Title 17 and Title 22 regulations for all facilities.
Additional Duties:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support overall operations.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience & Skills:
- Proficiency in office practices, procedures, and equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Familiarity with receptionist duties, including telephone etiquette, and the ability to draft letters, reports, and memoranda.
Other Requirements:
- Valid California Driver's License.
- Ability to pass FBI, DOJ, and Child Abuse background checks.
