We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rheumatologist to join our faculty team at the University of Texas Health at San Antonio Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine UT Health Multispecialty & Research Hospital (MSRH). This is a full-time faculty position that will hold an appointment of Assistant Professor/Clinical, Associate Professor/Clinical, or Professor/Clinical dependent on level of experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding rheumatologic care to patients at the Robert B Green and Gateway clinic sites.
- Conduct research and contribute to the academic mission of the Division of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology.
- Teach and supervise rheumatology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students.
- Participate in inpatient consult coverage at the UT Health Multispecialty & Research Hospital (MSRH) and University Hospital.
- Board certified in Rheumatology.
- Holds an active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Texas, or the ability to become licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
