Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacy professionals to ensure excellent patient care and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staffing, and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other healthcare services.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, profitability, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the pharmacy remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
  • U.S. pharmacy related experience.
