About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Department team. As a RN Primary Care Clinic Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with medical staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical services, including working with providers, clinic staff, and management to ensure excellent quality of care and services.
- Lead and direct the clinic staff, ensuring efficient operation of all aspects of the clinic, including the front desk and patient care.
- Maintain medication inventory and supplies, ensuring that necessary quality control checks are done with Point of Care tests.
- Document all care and services provided, completing nurse duties professionally and in a timely manner.
- Assist providers and other staff as needed, anticipating their needs to ensure efficient and quality patient care.
- Current full, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska or other U.S. state.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year's acute care experience preferred.
- 6 months' addiction services experience preferred.
