Job Title: Registered Nurse

Gemma Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Residential Treatment Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and adolescents in our residential treatment program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and arrange care for medical problems presented during shift
  • Administer and record medications, transcribe orders, and initiate procedures
  • Maintain accurate health records, medication logs, and communication records
  • Coordinate medical and dental exams, blood tests, and follow-up appointments
  • Update medical and immunization records with incoming information from parents/guardians and physicians
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience in pediatric care and residential treatment settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
