Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Soliant Education. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners in an educational setting.

About the Role

This Behavioral Support Specialist will work with students who require additional support to succeed academically and personally. As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to help students meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral plans and strategies to support student learning and development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.
  • Document progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Behavior Technician certification.
  • Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
