Requirements:

  • 1+ Year of Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or within customer service in an office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
  • Multi-Tasking Skills: Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High Organizational Skills: High organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Pleasant Phone Presence: Friendly and pleasant phone presence.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written communication, including proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Outstanding oral communication skills.
