Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Club Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Club Vail. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Assist guests with room access and respond to emergencies
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and fire life safety systems
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and report any findings
  • Respond to accidents, administer first aid/CPR as needed, and complete incident reports
  • Assist guests/employees during emergency situations and notify appropriate individuals
  • Defuse guest/employee disturbances and escort unwelcome individuals from the property
  • Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report and maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
