Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
- Lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, and stooping.
- Constant talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
