We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Sales Professional to join our team at Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Sales Professional, you will focus on consultative and relationship sales to meet the needs of families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and individuals to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
  • Work autonomously to achieve sales targets and goals, with a team behind you for support and guidance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of funeral services.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales environment with face-to-face contact with customers.
  • Interest in working in a Catholic environment, with all backgrounds welcome to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to display compassionate care in person and over the phone.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology.
