Key Responsibilities- Design and implement innovative study designs to address complex clinical trial objectives.
- Contribute to the development of clinical development plans, submissions, and post-submission strategies.
- Lead and manage a team of statisticians, statistical programmers, and data scientists to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of compounds within the Neuroscience therapeutic area.
- Present and defend complex statistical solutions to regulatory agencies and external stakeholders.
- PhD or MS in statistics or biostatistics with 9+ years of experience or 11+ years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in scientific computing and programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying knowledge of general and cutting-edge statistical methodology to solve complex problems.
- Experience in preparing and participating in global regulatory agency interactions.
