Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Department at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care for patients in the Medical Surgical Department.
  • Function within the framework of the organization's policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
  • Maintain standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a nursing program.
  • New graduates of a nursing program eligible.
  • Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
  • BLS certification required.
  • One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting is required for PRN positions.
