Audiology Specialist

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostics to identify and address auditory issues.
- Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids for patients to improve their quality of life.
- Perform Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (DPOAEs), Auditory Evoked Potentials (AEP), and Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE) tests to diagnose and treat hearing-related conditions.
- Vestibular testing, including VNG's, O-Vemp, and C-Vemp, to assess balance and equilibrium.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote hearing health and wellness.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice audiology in the state of California.
- Experience conducting a wide range of auditory tests and diagnostics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
- Basic understanding of Spanish to communicate with a diverse patient population.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
