Dispenser Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist

Job Type: Full Time

Shifts: Monday to Friday, no on-call or weekend shifts

Work Locations:

The provider will rotate between various satellite locations to visit patients. While we are mobile, this does not mean we visit patients in their homes; rather, we have multiple satellite locations for care.

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' hearing function


• Perform audiological assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, to diagnose hearing disorders


• Interpret test results and provide accurate interventions to address patients' hearing needs


• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs


• Ability to drive and commute between locations and visit patients


• Ability to move and carry items such as equipment and supplies

Requirements and Skills:


• 1 year of experience in fitting and dispensing hearing aids


• Audiology and hearing aids dispensing license


• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the auditory system


• Proficient in diagnostic evaluation techniques for hearing disorders


• Familiarity with aseptic technique for performing procedures


• Ability to obtain necessary credentials and undergo insurance company credentialing
