A highly successful entity in the promotional products sector is in search of a forward-thinking B2B/B2B2C Creative Director to steer its design, branding, photography, and creative teams. You will leverage your exceptional storytelling, conceptualization, and leadership capabilities to enhance the emotional resonance and quality of the creative team through contemporary design and messaging across various media formats. Your responsibilities will include planning and overseeing the creation of company advertisements and marketing materials, as well as leading all brand initiatives. You will supervise, conceptualize, and manage all creative outputs while collaborating with executives and other marketing leaders to establish project timelines, budgets, and content objectives. You will maintain a comprehensive view of all creative direction for product and lifestyle photography, including video production. Additionally, you will oversee the complete suite of digital assets, including systems and processes, as well as the taxonomy of images. You are not just a creative innovator, but also a motivating force, mentoring teams to produce top-tier work for the organization.

Candidate Profile

The perfect candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in creative marketing or a related field. You should be adept at conceptualizing and executing advertising and marketing campaigns—from strategic planning to creation and presentation. A robust design foundation, strategic thinking abilities, and the capacity to present ideas to a wide range of audiences, from team members to C-suite executives, are essential. Management experience is equally critical, as you must be a supportive leader focused on coaching and developing teams.

Your design expertise should encompass various creative disciplines—from marketing automation platforms to the Adobe Creative Suite—focusing on delivering compelling and personalized value propositions and messaging. Experience in establishing a photo and/or video studio is a significant advantage. This position requires familiarity with relevant software in the field, including graphic design, video editing, client billing, analytics, project management, and social media marketing tools.
