Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recreation Experience Expert to join our team at JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort. As a key member of our recreation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
  • Encourage and recruit guests to participate in recreation activities
  • Register and schedule guests for recreation activities
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
  • Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in case of an emergency
  • Provide cashier services when working in facilities with point of sale transactions
  • Assist with hosting private functions within the recreation facilities
  • Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies
Requirements
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Recreation Equipment Certification
  • Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
