RamJack New England is seeking a skilled Construction Team Supervisor/Pile Installer to enhance our workforce. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing the installation activities of various projects. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities, inspire team members, and effectively handle project operations under the guidance of the Field Supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Overseeing daily operations of the crew, ensuring the installation of piles and other foundational repairs aligns with project timelines.
  • Interpreting design specifications and executing installations accordingly.
  • Guaranteeing that the Production Crew is equipped with all necessary materials and tools before departing for the job site, and ensuring all items are returned post-completion.
  • Utilizing hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as skid steers, compactors, and saws while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Conducting inspections of workmanship and materials to confirm compliance with project specifications and quality standards, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Completing necessary documentation upon job completion and submitting it in a timely manner.
  • Requesting work orders for any malfunctioning equipment.
  • Maintaining safety standards and ensuring all team members are equipped with appropriate safety gear.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs; capable of performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Fundamental understanding of construction practices, materials, and tools.
  • Possession of a valid hydraulics license (Full 2A & 1C License preferred).
  • OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred).
  • Previous experience in the construction field.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
