Position Overview

Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is actively seeking a FULL TIME Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to enhance our collaborative team of healthcare professionals. The CAAs will be credentialed to operate within multiple facilities under our system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside a robust anesthesia care team consisting of 33 Anesthesiologists and 90 CRNAs, providing services across various departments including OR, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, Labor & Delivery, MRI, and Interventional Radiology.
  • Engage in a diverse range of cases across all campuses, from advanced Level 1 trauma surgeries to community hospital procedures.
  • Participate in a high-volume practice with approximately 17,500 cases managed annually at the Trauma Center.
  • Flexible shift options available: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, with opportunities for additional shifts.
  • Optional participation in the call team, promoting an excellent work-life balance.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive sign-on bonus of $20,000 and relocation assistance.
  • Annual CME allowance of $3,500 to support ongoing education.
