Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team of nursing professionals. As an RN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including assisted living facilities (ALFs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and other post-acute care facilities.
Responsibilities- Administer nursing care to residents in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities
- Work with residents and medical staff to devise care plans
- Ensure residents receive the right personalized treatments and medications
- Explain best options for care with residents and their family members
- Consult with other healthcare professionals, including doctors
- Set up medical equipment and monitor their use
- Oversee compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Document and check the accuracy of interventions and medical histories
- Perform fluid sample draws for lab work
- Lead the training and supervision of nursing staff
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
- Flexible scheduling
