Job Summary:
NESCO Inc is seeking a highly skilled Recovery Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and prompt resolution of all bank returned items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients while minimizing company risks.
- Provide guidance to business units and product departments on the resolution process and suggest alternative service options when required.
- Investigate and address product and service-related issues from the field and clients.
- Address client concerns with the help of a senior colleague and effectively manage the return process to recover maximum lost revenue following established protocols.
- Resolve return issues and handle incoming phone inquiries to meet set departmental benchmarks.
- Manage the daily processing of new and pending returned items for designated products.
- Meet daily call targets as per the provided projections.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced work environment.
- Prior background in collections or banking would be beneficial.
