The Property Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas. This position will work closely with other departments to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Services: Perform daily walks of the property to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; CFC Universal Certification preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience; knowledge of property management software a plus.
