We are currently seeking a well-organized and enthusiastic individual to join our prestigious property management team as a Groundskeeper/Maintenance at one of our luxury apartment communities in Jersey City, NJ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Management Office, models, interior public areas, and common spaces of the community in a neat and clean condition. They will also be expected to maintain all grounds, including sidewalks, public walkways, building exteriors, garden areas, and dog runs. Additionally, they will assist in making vacant apartments rent-ready and compact and remove trash and debris from the community.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work any day of the week, 52 weeks a year, and serve on-call as scheduled or necessary. They must also possess basic computer skills, specifically knowledge of Microsoft Office products, good verbal and written communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
