About the Role

The Settlements Specialist will be responsible for daily settlement processing, including post-trade and pre-settlement reconciliation, for various products such as FX, Currency Swaps, USD Treasury, and CAD Treasury. This role will involve working closely with the Treasury Settlements and Margin Group to manage cash and liquidity, settle products, and collateralize transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-settlement reconciliation and confirmation with a focus on settlement risk awareness and monitoring
  • Payment processing for USD and FX, including payment instruction confirmation and USD and CAD Treasury trade confirmation, input, and clearance
  • Broker fee reconciliation and payment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics, and at least 1 year of relevant settlements experience. Settlements payment investigations and Swift experience are a plus. You should be a team player with good analytical skills, attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
