We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to lead our nutrition services team at WelbeHealth. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our nutrition services program, working closely with our healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Nutrition Services Program Development: Develop and implement our nutrition services program, including menu planning, meal delivery, and nutrition counseling.
- Team Leadership: Direct and supervise our nutrition staff, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with our healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, including nutrition assessments and interventions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to nutrition services.
- Quality Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our nutrition services program and make recommendations for improvement.
- Education and Experience: Registered Dietitian with at least four years of experience directing nutrition services in a similar setting.
- Certifications and Licenses: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid Certification required.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
