Specific Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Oversee Sportsbook cashiers, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  2. Monitor all wagering activities.
  3. Authorize or reject wagers from patrons as necessary.
  4. Manage the Sportsbook vault.
  5. Conduct routine sweeps and bankroll adjustments on cashier drawers as needed.
  6. Perform basic maintenance and enhance customer experience on kiosks.
  7. Address escalated guest concerns within the Sportsbook.
  8. Report any issues or discrepancies to management promptly.
  9. Inform management of any operational challenges.
  10. Assist in training, developing, evaluating performance, and scheduling staff as assigned.
  11. Enforce the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
  12. Maintain a high level of visibility throughout the Sportsbook.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner to guests and fellow employees.
  14. Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities)
  1. Ability to assess and interpret departmental needs and outcomes.
  2. Capability to resolve complex issues.
  3. Ability to perform tasks under time constraints in a dynamic environment.
  4. Flexibility to manage a variety of tasks and deadlines with an irregular work schedule.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  7. Experience in sports or online gaming is highly preferred.
  8. Outstanding interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and customers.
Educational Requirements
  1. High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  2. Preferred: 1+ years of experience in cash handling and sportsbook operations.
  3. Preferred: 1+ years of experience as a ticket writer or cashier.
  4. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as required.
Essential Functions/Exposures
  1. Ability to stand for extended periods with basic mobility (bending, twisting, reaching, etc.).
  2. Ability to communicate verbally for prolonged periods.
  3. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
  4. Ability to work in a high-energy environment with exposure to alcohol, bright lights, and loud sounds.
