Job Title: Guest Experience Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at Monumental Sports & Entertainment. As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience at Capital One Arena. This includes supervising event staff, managing crowd flow, and resolving any issues that may arise during events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise event staff and ensure they are providing excellent customer service to our guests.
- Manage crowd flow and ensure that guests are able to enter and exit the arena safely and efficiently.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during events, such as lost and found items or guest complaints.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that events run smoothly and that our guests have an exceptional experience.
- Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure that all event staff are properly trained and equipped to handle any situation that may arise.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and on a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Exemplify a strong commitment and willingness to provide outstanding customer service.
