LPN/RN Director of Health Services

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Health Services to join our team at The Argyle Senior Living. As a key member of our community executive leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of resident medical care, ensuring the highest quality of service and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Health Services team, including QMAPs and direct reports.
- Collaborate with the Associate Executive Director and other leadership members to align health services with the community's mission and values.
- Foster an environment of exceptional care and service, exceeding expectations in resident and family interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of care.
- Develop and implement health management programs to enhance the well-being of residents.
- Act as a resource and mentor to staff, promoting continuous education and professional development.
- Engage with residents and families to address concerns and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in health services, preferably within a senior living or healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for serving others.
- Knowledge of health regulations and compliance requirements for assisted living facilities.
- Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- LPN/RN License required.
