About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Quality Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts and drive growth in the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, with experience in maintaining and training employees on ISO 9001 standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for solving quality problems, handling corrective actions, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing statistical process control (SPC) to identify trends and potential defects. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of quality initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development. Requirements
  • 5+ years of quality engineering experience
  • Military/defense electronics experience
  • Semi-conductor or electronics industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required
