National Western Life Insurance Policyholder Support Associate

Responsibilities:
- Respond to policyholder and agent inquiries via phone, email, or mail
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information about our insurance products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a call center or office setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
