Life Insurance Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Sales Associate at Valiant Agency. This role will play a pivotal part in helping individuals and families secure their financial future through comprehensive life insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and presenting tailored life insurance solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to assess clients' insurance requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Sales Performance:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and effective sales strategies.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals efficiently.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay current on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of various life insurance policies to clients.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation and compliance-related tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations to maintain ethical and professional standards.
- Team Collaboration:
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
- Must be a minimum 18 years of age.
- Clean background.
- Eligible to work in US & US Territories.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Life insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain it) is required.
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
