Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Sales Associate at Valiant Agency. This role will play a pivotal part in helping individuals and families secure their financial future through comprehensive life insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and presenting tailored life insurance solutions.
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis to assess clients' insurance requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Sales Performance:
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and effective sales strategies.
    • Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay current on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
    • Clearly articulate the features and benefits of various life insurance policies to clients.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation and compliance-related tasks.
    • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations to maintain ethical and professional standards.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Must be a minimum 18 years of age.
  • Clean background.
  • Eligible to work in US & US Territories.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Life insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain it) is required.

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
