Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and prioritize imaging procedures throughout the day to ensure optimal patient care and continuity.
- Accurately code and enter all charges into the billing system.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards set forth by regulatory agencies and the healthcare institution.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and protect sensitive information at all times.
- Exemplify the core values of our organization in all professional interactions.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program or an equivalent recognized qualification. A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred, with three years in a clinical imaging environment being highly desirable. Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required, along with current state licensure and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
