- Provide high-quality care as a Registered Nurse in post-acute care facilities.
- Create effective care plans by collaborating with medical staff and residents.
- Deliver exceptional treatments and administer medications to each resident.
- Review care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff.
- Educate residents and family members about best options for care.
- Set up, monitor, and maintain medical equipment as needed.
- Ensure staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies.
- Draw fluids, such as blood and urine, for lab analysis.
- Train and supervise nurses and support staff.
- Accurately document medical interventions and histories.
- Assist with incident investigations.
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Completion of an approved nursing program.
- Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months).
- Excellent organizational skills.
