Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our community-based services, you will work closely with our clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans, providing assistance and strategies to individuals to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support with activities such as socialization, behavioral development, personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, transportation, community integration, shopping, and citizenship.
  • Accurately document progress and activity, reviewing records and logs to stay up-to-date with changes in service plans.
  • Utilize clinical expertise to support individuals with specialized needs, such as intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, emotional or behavioral disability, or expertise in special disciplines like behavioral support, early intervention, crisis intervention, or others.
  • May accompany individuals to medical appointments, relaying orders and information to and from medical providers, and traveling between sites, to individual's homes, and into the community.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months of experience in human services preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
