Role Responsibilities
  • Welcome participants and provide a friendly introduction to the facility
  • Oversee the scheduling of lessons and activities
  • Manage point of sale operations
  • Address inquiries related to lessons and services
  • Lead staff communication and conduct regular team meetings
  • Formulate and execute marketing initiatives
  • Develop and manage operational schedules
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility

Candidate Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred but not mandatory
  • Must possess at least intermediate alpine skiing skills

  • Exceptional customer service aptitude
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and think innovatively
  • Commitment to following health and safety guidelines to ensure participant safety
  • Positive and motivating demeanor
  • Capability to remain active on your feet and operate a ski simulator for extended durations, with some physical lifting required
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
