We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Psychologist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental healthcare services to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including testing and evaluation, to identify developmental and mental health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, to address a range of mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and comprehensive support for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field, applying this knowledge to inform your clinical work and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Full licensure or license-eligibility in Massachusetts.
- Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and a passion for contributing to the growth and development of our team.
