Job Overview:
As a Lead Civil Engineering Manager at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you will oversee project teams responsible for developing land use plans for various sectors including commercial, institutional, and energy.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
  • Manage project teams to ensure successful land development initiatives.
  • Review and assess work products for quality assurance.
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and local authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers, guiding them in design elements such as site layouts and stormwater management.
  • Contribute to budgeting and project planning processes.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Land Development Sector.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Registration in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Excel, Word, HEC-RAS, and other relevant software.
  • Established connections within the land development community.
