Construction Laborer

Job Summary:

Mid-Continental Restoration Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. As a Construction Laborer, you will perform various tasks involving physical labor, including keeping crew members supplied with materials, tools, and equipment. You will also be responsible for general site clean-up and ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

Travels throughout the territory to assigned projects

Keeps crew members supplied with necessary materials, tools, and equipment

Reacts immediately when told to retrieve items for crew members

Mixes mortar according to job requirements

Lubricates, cleans, fuels, and operates equipment

Operates a variety of hand and power tools

Organizes and maintains job site trailers, trucks, and gang boxes

Inventories tools and equipment to ensure they are returned to trailers, trucks, and gang boxes at the end of each workday

Inspects returned tools and equipment for damages

Secures all locks at the end of each workday

Requirements:

Understands and follows MCR and OSHA safety policies and applicable laws

Achieves production rates and quality standards as set forth by the industry and MCR

Uses measuring tape accurately to the nearest fraction of an inch

Helps monitor pedestrian traffic near the work zone

Works high above the ground from various scaffolding, lifts, and rooftops
