Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Mid-Continental Restoration Co. in Fort Worth, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various tasks involving physical labor, including site clean-up and maintenance.
  • Keep crew members supplied with necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Travel to assigned projects throughout the territory.
  • Mix mortar and lubricate equipment as required.
  • Operate hand and power tools, and maintain job site trailers and equipment.
  • Inspect tools and equipment for damage and ensure they are returned to trailers and trucks at the end of each workday.
  • Understand and follow MCR and OSHA safety policies and applicable laws.
  • Achieve production rates and quality standards as set forth by the industry and MCR.
