About the Role

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a skilled Route Driver to join our team. As a Route Driver, you will be responsible for delivering water treatment systems and products to our customers in the Fairfield, OH area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly interface with customers to provide exceptional customer service and identify opportunities for additional products and services.
  • Maintain routes and accounts to ensure proper routing sequence and meet minimum delivery requirements.
  • Responsible for vehicle inspections, including daily vehicle inspections and monthly commercial vehicle inspections.
  • Deliver and exchange water treatment systems, bottle water, salt, chemicals, and filters as required on routes.
  • Collect and document receipt of money from customers and complete all paperwork in a legible manner.
  • Ability to operate carts, dollies, fork lifts, lift gates, hand trucks, and hand tools.
  • Must be able to work overtime if required to finish the route.
Requirements
  • Class B License or greater.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the city area you would be working in.
  • Maintain a good driving record and valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements

The job requires lifting and carrying objects weighing over 100 pounds repeatedly, as well as walking, standing, sitting, and climbing in and out of the vehicle. Body movements include bending, stooping, squatting, climbing, reaching above the shoulder, crouching, balancing, pushing, and pulling. Hand movements include twisting, turning, pulling, pushing, tapping, hitting, and squeezing. Vision must be in accordance with DOT requirements.
