Job Summary:

The Carrier Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a pipeline of invoicing claims, researching transportation carriers' contacts, processes, systems, and business priorities to implement collections techniques for effective and rapid claims resolution. You will also be responsible for proactive follow-up on the receipt and resolution of all past due claim balances within assigned carrier portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a pipeline of invoicing claims and implement collections techniques for effective and rapid claims resolution
  • Research transportation carriers' contacts, processes, systems, and business priorities to optimize collections efforts
  • Proactively follow up on the receipt and resolution of all past due claim balances within assigned carrier portfolios
  • Collaborate with ConData Global Inc. Auditors, Client Account Managers, and management to overcome issues and obstacles to settlement
  • Provide detailed reports on collection activities and weekly, monthly, and quarterly collections and goal achievement forecasts
Requirements:
  • Excellent B2B collections and relationship management skills with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing large, complex books of business
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 (two) years of experience in a high-volume collections' capacity
  • Familiarity with logistics contracts, charge types, and pricing, preferably across multiple modes of transport
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to interpret, present, and explain data to carriers and business partners
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple objectives and tasks concurrently
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary: $55,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year based on experience

Work Environment:

This is a full-time hybrid office/remote position with a base salary of $55,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year based on experience. The role is eligible for bonus incentives and offers a comprehensive benefits package. The work environment is a hybrid office/remote setting with a physical office location in Oak Brook, IL 60523. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with days off on weekends and holidays.
