As a Unit Services Representative, you will play a vital role in facilitating positive guest relations with our patients, family members, visitors, and physicians. Your warm welcome and clear explanations of hospital and unit policies will set the tone for a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and explain hospital and unit policies to patients, family members, visitors, and physicians.
- Address problems and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide clerical support for the unit and Nurse Manager.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
- Ability to work rotating schedule/shifts based on needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in front desk, reception, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in a second language.
