Charge Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge RN to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Charge RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team with expertise and dedication.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to promote a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient flow, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing wait times.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
