Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the arcade facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage budgetary allocations and cost control measures.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for arcade staff.
- Foster a culture of outstanding customer service through coaching and mentoring.
- Supervise team members to maintain high standards of operation and service.
- Ensure all arcade equipment is in optimal working condition, including repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the facility.
- Handle cash management, including collections and reconciliations.
- Assign daily cleaning tasks and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Adhere to company dress codes and operational protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years in a supervisory role within a retail or service environment.
- Strong mechanical and electronic repair skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of basic electronics and machine maintenance.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
