We are looking for experienced professionals to fill our Senior Program Manager roles. The key responsibilities for this position within our Professional Services team include:
- Acting as the strategic customer success manager for designated enterprise healthcare clients, particularly in the pharmaceutical, provider (large hospital systems), and insurance/payer sectors.
- Proactively assisting clients in assessing qualitative and quantitative data (the interactions between our clients and their customers/patients) using the Authenticx platform to facilitate informed decision-making that drives substantial and measurable business enhancements.
- Implementing our established customer methodology through meetings and presentations, while managing various levels of stakeholder relationships to ensure clients achieve meaningful and impactful results utilizing our proprietary AI.
- Overseeing the customer experience and collaborating with other Authenticx teams to meet client objectives.
- Proactively monitoring client health, addressing risks, and removing barriers to ensure success and renewal.
- Holding clients accountable for their success and ensuring they realize measurable value from their investment in Authenticx.
- Collaborating with the Revenue Team to identify opportunities for upselling and expansion.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
The ideal candidate for the Senior Program Manager position will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- In-depth understanding of enterprise KPIs and overarching measures of business success, particularly for large provider, pharmaceutical, and payer organizations.
- Proficient in strategic planning and budget management, capable of engaging in executive-level discussions with clients regarding business impact and measurable outcomes.
- Skilled in establishing and nurturing stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels, from end-users to executive leadership.
- Adept at crafting persuasive business cases and securing stakeholder commitment to drive results.
- Experienced in conflict resolution, negotiation, and collaboration both internally and externally to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable with constructive conflict, radical candor, and holding others accountable for success.
- Proficient in problem-solving and employing open-ended questioning techniques to identify root causes, uncover objections, and devise equitable solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role (such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager).
- Strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven track record as an effective team leader on large, enterprise-level cross-functional projects.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize strategically in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with web applications and a comfort level with new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in SaaS.
- At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector: pharmaceutical, provider (large hospital systems), or health insurance/payer.
- Strong experience in data synthesis, including the interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
Additional Information
- This position is remote/virtual.
- For local team members, occasional on-site work may be required for in-person activities.
- For remote team members, travel to Indianapolis may be necessary based on business needs.
- Minimal overnight travel for client meetings may be expected based on business requirements.
- Candidates must reside in the USA and be authorized to work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship.
