We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Horizons Youth Services. As a key member of our Health and Wellness department, you will play a vital role in planning, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive wellness program that meets the unique needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Health and Wellness Manager in developing and implementing a wellness program that aligns with the students' needs and Job Corps goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide medical care and support to students.
- Conduct health assessments and provide health education to students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community healthcare providers to ensure access to medical services for students.
- Participate in program evaluations and make recommendations for program improvement.
Requirements:
- One year of related experience and/or training in a healthcare setting.
- Current LPN license from the State.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Valid State Drivers License.
