About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Engineer - Guidance Navigation & Control to join our team at Manpower Engineering. As a key member of our Systems Safety and Development Assurance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of certification artifacts, conducting systems safety analyses, and managing system-level requirements for multiple airplane programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of certification artifacts such as Functional Hazard Assessment, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and Fault Tree Analysis.
  • Conduct systems safety analyses and manage system-level requirements for multiple airplane programs.
  • Develop and improve requirements management processes and tools.
  • Perform design and documentation for Guidance, Navigation, and Control systems models.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies to develop certification criteria and methods.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in systems safety analysis.
  • 7-10 years of experience in flight controls.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with certification deliverables for safety compliance in aerospace.
  • CAFTA experience is preferred.
