Occasionally, this position may also require performing 'deep cleaning' tasks within guest rooms alongside preventive maintenance duties.

Essential Duties:
Engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.


Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with company standards as required by the schedule, which may vary based on hotel needs.


Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including wearing the appropriate uniform and name tag while on duty (as per brand standards).

Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Thoroughly clean and restock the designated number of guest rooms per shift.

Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including but not limited to preparing the housekeeping cart with guest supplies, cleaning products, and linens.

Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest rooms.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

May be required to disassemble furniture or items in the guest room to facilitate deep cleaning.


Deep cleaning responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, changing air conditioning filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls/moldings, addressing scratched furniture, or rehanging sliding doors.
