Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for skilled, customer-oriented technicians with experience in automotive, diesel, aircraft, or forklift maintenance to join our team.

Job Title: Shop Service Technician / Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and various other brands of lift trucks.
  • Conduct all assigned scheduled maintenance on customer lift trucks.
  • Complete necessary paperwork following the conclusion of each task.
  • Engage in welding and fabrication tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines, along with the ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent customer service abilities.
  • Capability to safely operate lift trucks.
  • Technical degree and prior experience in lift truck repair, along with welding expertise and familiarity with various testing equipment, are preferred.

Work Authorization:

Crown will only consider candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This position does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.
