{"POSITION SUMMARY

As a Route Sales Representative with Worldwide Equipment, you will be responsible for delivering, promoting, and selling products and services to our valued customers. You will follow a defined delivery route to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts to our established customers. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop sales plans to achieve a greater market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

* Run a daily delivery route and deliver parts to assigned and unassigned accounts
* Utilize knowledge of territory and customer to establish and continually revise time and territory scheduling, sales planning, weekly promotions, and vendor-supported selling and training
* Implement and execute on all planning, scheduling, and promotions
* Maintain a relationship with customers through regular visits and communication
* Follow all processes and protocols associated with safely, effectively, and efficiently delivering parts
* Quote parts and services to customers based on their needs
* Provide regular updates to management on customer activity and sales performance

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience dealing with customers in a sales and/or service capacity
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take directions from management
* Customer-friendly appearance and mannerism, representing the company in a professional manner

Physical Demands:

* Position requires extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting, as well as driving
